No, I didn't go to the Pre Launch Hello Kitty event but I did get the invite card too...lol...just wasn't that excited enough to go out in the cold night and attend it at 7-8ishpm. It gets really dark and cold during winter here. Plus, I wasn't too excited about these items either. Honestly, for me the packaging is SUPER CUTE but not the actual product. The colours are dupable to the items I already have. If you don't have some colours then it's fine to get em. I still have to see Hello Kitty products in person. I might just get a lipstick or a lipgloss since I am a Mac addict...lol
I'm really excited about the Grand Duos (half blush/half msf) that are coming out in March! I'm a blush whore so I just cant get enough of em!

I thought I was the only one who didn't like the HD foundation. I agree, I don't like how I shine when I wear it.
wow..i love the lips..this is what i wanted when i got pink plaid but it didnt come out that way and the other ones you listed look horrible bc of my pigmented lips...

Thanks Addictd2Fashion! :) Well...did you ever try putting a barbie pink coloured lip liner all over your lips? Then try Girl About Town kinda colours? The one I'm wearing is matte so its good for people like us with pigmented lips.
Why dont you go to Mac and try on this shade and see how it looks on you...I think it's still there. Gladiola Lipstick!

i tried on girl about town & up the amp i think when i was with my friend..she didnt like it at all lol...i have soar lipliner which is what i wear with my faux lipstick...it would look purple or something i bet on me the gladiola haha..my boyfriend actually got me something for my lips from pakistan thats supposed to lighten them...esp the edges are soo dark & top lip.

it really bothers me and i was at mac and i told them that the MUA was like mine arent that bad and shes seen worse haha & im not that fair! i thought u were more fair than me haha
I'm still afraid to wear those l/s shades... I got "Up the Amp" as a present, last year... but I gave it to a friend, because it made me look like a drowned corpse LOL. Sometimes I'm sad I don't feel good with bright lipsticks... I use nudes all the time but I know I should try brighter ones :-(
